NOTIFICATION OF NEW SUB-PROCESSORS
PrinterLogic, Inc. dba Vasion (“Vasion”): Notification of New Sub-Processors for its U.S. based Customers and Partners.
Dear U.S. Vasion Customers and Partners,
In order to continue delivering the excellent service you have come to expect from using our PrinterLogic SaaS application platform & services, we have engaged and implemented the following third-party providers in our service to our U.S. based customers who utilize our U.S. based AWS servers. Because these third party providers may process your organization’s “persona data” (as defined under applicable U.S. data protection laws) in connection with the PrinterLogic SaaS application and the service it provides, this communication shall serve as notification that the below third party providers will be added as new subprocessors.

Our engagement with Intercom
Purpose: Intercom is a U.S. based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that uses messaging and automation for an enhanced customer experience. Intercom will be used in the PrinterLogic SaaS platform admin console for:
- Sending in-app announcements about new features to keep you informed of changes.
- Utilizing product tours for onboarding new users and familiarizing them with the product.
- Providing additional information and guided assistance to aid users working in the Admin Console.
- Collecting your feedback via NPS surveys to improve the product and Admin Console experience. It may also be used to collect and update data fields of the admin console users (names, roles, titles and main point of contact for the account). These responses are tied to admin users Personal Identifiable Information (PII) which is defined below.
PII to be processed: The PII Intercom processes includes username, user ID, email and PrinterLogic instance URL. This applies for the PrinterLogic SaaS admin console users only.
Nature of processing: Data will be used to link micro survey responses to admin users, target PrinterLogic SaaS application tours for new users, and message retention where posted messages are associated with an admin user. That user may store or view the message at their leisure.

Our engagement with Sprig
Purpose: Sprig is a U.S. based Software as a Service (SaaS) company that will be used in conjunction with Intercom in the process of sending and collecting NPS survey responses and the use of micro surveys to collect and update data fields of the admin console users (names, roles, titles and main point of contact for the account).
PII to be processed: The PII Sprig processes includes username, user ID, email and PrinterLogic instance URL. This applies for the PrinterLogic SaaS admin console users only.
Nature of processing: Sprig will associate NPS survey responses with a user.

Our engagement with Salesforce
Purpose: Salesforce is a U.S. based Software as a Service (SaaS) company currently used by Vasion as its CRM and analytics platform. Salesforce will be used to store the names, roles, titles and main point of contact for the account captured by Intercom and Sprig for the purpose of allowing Vasion to have up to date contact information for our Customer accounts for improved support. It may also be used to send and collect NPS survey responses and use micro surveys to collect data fields of the admin console users (names, roles, titles and main point of contact for the account).
PII to be processed: PII to be stored by Salesforce includes Name, Title, user ID, PrinterLogic instance URL, and email address for PrinterLogic SaaS admin console users.
Nature of processing: Data will be used for customer account contact information. Salesforce will associate NPS survey responses qne micro survey responses with a user.

Additional Security Considerations
The above sub processors have undertaken appropriate due-diligence to ensure the processing of Vasion’s customer data aligns with Vasion’s security & privacy requirements and is satisfied that the sub processors will abide by the following requirements (in addition to all applicable legal requirements):
- Shall only process personal information in accordance with Vasion instructions.
- Shall ensure that all personnel who access personal information are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Shall conduct regular awareness & training in relation to data protection and information security.
- Shall implement and maintain appropriate technical & organizational measures.
- Shall promptly notify Vasion of any suspected or confirmed security breaches.
- Shall cooperate fully with Vasion in addressing requests from data subjects or supervisory authorities.
